Monthly or yearly billing

Starter costs $99 per month, or $990 billed yearly ($82.50 per month on average). Growth costs $199 per month, or $1,990 billed yearly ($165.83 per month on average).

The monthly equivalent for yearly billing is a comparison figure; the yearly total is charged for the year. The checkout page confirms the amount before payment. Existing subscriptions retain the purchased price version.

Usage and subscription questions

How are leads counted and deduplicated?

Usage counts company leads newly added to your workspace during the current allowance period. Existing company records matched by normalized domain are reused and do not count again. New records awaiting review also count; later disqualification or deletion does not return the allowance. A qualified lead is a company that passes the research criteria, not a confirmed buyer or guaranteed order.

What uses a website watch slot?

Each active company website watch occupies one workspace watch slot. This is a concurrent capacity, separate from the lead allowance. Pausing a watch frees the active slot; ordinary favorites do not use it. Scheduled watches run no more frequently than weekly, and source availability can affect refresh success.

When does the lead allowance reset?

Monthly subscriptions use the paid subscription period. Yearly subscriptions still receive monthly lead allowance periods anchored to the subscription start date, rather than a whole year’s allowance at once. The billing page shows the next reset time. Unused allowance and temporary bonus credits do not roll over.

Does creating an account start a payment?

No. Create your account and workspace first. A workspace admin then chooses a plan and confirms payment on the billing page. Done-for-you scope, delivery volume, watch capacity, and pricing are agreed separately.

Which plans support data export?

Growth and Done-for-you support company and decision-maker exports. Starter does not include export. Export access does not change the lead counting rules.

How can I cancel a subscription?

Starter and Growth subscriptions can be canceled through the customer billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. Done-for-you cancellation follows the agreed service terms; contact Pakki for help.
