1. Agreement and eligibility
Pakki is provided by its service operator (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are an agreement between you, or the organization you represent, and the Operator. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Pakki for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Service, Buyer Intelligence, and generated output
Pakki helps business users research and qualify companies, identify business contacts, understand flexible-packaging demand, prioritize opportunities, and draft English-language outreach. The service may combine customer instructions, public web material, authorized customer imports, licensed or permitted third-party data, deterministic analysis, and AI models.
Buyer Intelligence currently includes the following functions for every current paid plan, subject to the technical limits, quotas, availability, and access controls displayed in the product or applicable order:
- Packaging Demand Fingerprint: structures evidence-backed claims about packaging formats, materials, features, printing, certifications, product categories, sizes, and target markets.
- Supplier Capability Profile and Match: compares customer-declared factory capabilities with buyer requirements and identifies supported, missing, and unknown facts.
- Packaging Change Radar: compares confirmed website-evidence snapshots and reports supported additions or independently re-confirmed removals and replacements.
- Procurement Relationship Graph: records observed, customer-confirmed, and inferred links among brands, products, co-packers, distributors, and procurement parties.
- Lookalike Buyer: finds companies with similar evidence-backed packaging-demand characteristics.
- Procurement Timing Signals: prioritizes dated business signals and returns insufficient evidence instead of inventing a purchase window.
- Trade Show Hunter: processes exhibitor information the customer is authorized to use, qualifies companies, ranks matches, and prepares routes and briefing summaries.
- Regulation Opportunity Radar: matches company and market evidence against reviewed official regulation sources to identify possible commercial relevance and unresolved facts.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
- Protect your account, devices, and credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for configuring appropriate access for your team.
- Do not share credentials outside your organization or bypass account, plan, quota, or security controls.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with data you may lawfully process.
- Do not submit special-category, highly sensitive, consumer, child, health, financial-account, government-ID, or authentication data for prospecting.
- Do not harass, discriminate, deceive, impersonate, scrape in violation of applicable restrictions, distribute malware, test vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use output to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
- Do not use the service to evade website access restrictions, technical controls, database rights, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality duties, or applicable source terms.
5. Customer permissions and compliance
You determine the lawful basis for collecting and using prospect data and for contacting each recipient. You are responsible for all messages you send, even when Pakki drafted them. You must review outputs and make the final business decision.
- Comply with privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, sanctions, sector-specific, and do-not-contact laws that apply to you and the recipient.
- Use accurate sender and subject information; include advertising disclosures, a valid physical postal address, and a working opt-out method when required.
- Honor objections, suppression lists, and unsubscribe requests within the legally required period, and do not re-import suppressed contacts.
- Confirm that websites, third-party data, public sources, and imported files may be accessed and used for your intended purpose and territory.
- For each trade-show import, provide an accurate source and list date, and attest that you are authorized to use the exhibitor information. Do not import unlawfully obtained or restricted directories.
- Provide accurate supplier capabilities and certifications, and distinguish declarations from document-verified information.
6. Customer data and evidence records
You retain your rights in data and instructions you submit. You grant the service operator a limited right to host, process, transmit, and create output from that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
To make changes auditable, the service may retain normalized claims, evidence references, source URLs, content and source hashes, scan timestamps, append-only evidence-snapshot history, relationship status history, import attestations, and analysis or action records. Some records may be preserved after a correction or archive action so the history is not misleading.
You confirm that you have provided required notices and obtained required permissions. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless expressly supported by a written agreement. Contact us to request correction, objection, restriction, export, or deletion where applicable.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on infrastructure, identity, AI, search, website extraction, enrichment, verification, mapping, billing, and operational providers. Selected URLs, customer instructions, public evidence, and business data may be sent to those providers when needed to perform a requested function. Their availability, output, and terms may change. Pakki is not responsible for third-party websites or independently controlled services.
8. Plans, billing, and cancellation
All current paid plans include the Buyer Intelligence functions listed in Section 2. Plans may differ in quotas, usage volume, service levels, exports, support, or managed services. Access still requires an active account in good standing and remains subject to source availability, provider limits, fair-use controls, and product technical limits.
Self-serve Starter and Growth purchases are sold and processed through Waffo Pancake. For those transactions, Waffo.com Limited acts as merchant of record and as an independent controller for payment, billing, tax, fraud, refund, chargeback, and merchant-of-record transaction data. The checkout disclosures, Waffo Buyer Terms, and mandatory law control payment collection, renewal, cancellation, cooling-off, and refund rights if they conflict with this Section.
Done-for-you may be provided under a separate written order. Its agreed scope, volume, price, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms control that service. Self-serve prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout, and recurring self-serve subscriptions renew until canceled under the checkout or buyer-portal terms. We may change future product pricing or plan packaging with required advance notice; changes do not retroactively alter a completed paid period or written order.
9. Ownership and feedback
The service, software, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term. You may use generated output, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the possibility that similar output may be generated for others.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription. Identity and organization records have no self-service deletion action; legally required privacy requests are handled through the contact channel. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and any applicable order or data-processing agreement.
11. Disclaimers and liability
AI, extracted website material, customer imports, third-party data, and deterministic inferences can be incomplete, stale, unavailable, or wrong. Evidence labels, match scores, confidence labels, rankings, and timing bands support human review; they are not verified facts, purchase orders, contracts, proof of buyer intent, purchase probabilities, compliance certifications, or legal, financial, employment, or regulatory advice.
Regulation Opportunity Radar reports possible commercial relevance using selected official sources and known market evidence. It does not determine whether any person, product, package, or business complies with law. You must obtain qualified advice and verify the current official text before acting. Pakki does not guarantee access to a source, monitoring frequency, uninterrupted operation, deliverability, responses, sales, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions based on output. Any aggregate liability will not exceed fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The version and effective date appear above. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, we will request it before continued protected use.
Product support, legal notices, objections, and other requests should be sent to [email protected]. These Terms do not select a governing-law jurisdiction; mandatory rights and rules that apply to you or the service are not excluded.
